What we collect

We process the documents you submit for extraction, and basic account metadata (email, plan). We log aggregate usage counts for billing and abuse protection.

How we use it

Submitted documents are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (Clairic) for extraction and are not used to train models. We retain extraction results only as long as needed to serve your requests, then delete them.

Third parties

Cloudflare (hosting + inference) and our payment processor (Stripe or Creem). We do not sell your data. Contacting us by email means we receive your address and message content — this is covered by our published support channel.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Email support@redsugartree.com and we will action it.
